Profhilo Body 3.2% 3ml

Profhilo Body is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment specifically developed to address skin laxity and loss of firmness across the body. Manufactured by IBSA, it uses the patented NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology to combine high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid into a stabilised hybrid cooperative complex.

Advanced Hyaluronic Acid Formulation

Profhilo Body contains 96mg of hyaluronic acid in a 3ml pre-filled syringe, consisting of:

• 48mg high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA)
• 48mg low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA)

The formulation is supplied in a buffered physiological solution and is manufactured using IBSA’s NAHYCO® technology.

Profhilo Body is designed for treatment of skin laxity on the body. Areas commonly associated with the product include:

How Profhilo® Body Works

The combination of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is designed to provide a bioremodelling effect within the dermal tissue. Rather than functioning as a conventional volumising dermal filler, Profhilo Body is focused on improving skin quality, hydration, firmness and elasticity.

The treatment delivers hyaluronic acid directly into the dermal layer, supporting the extracellular matrix and the physiological environment of the skin.

Treatment Protocol

The manufacturer’s product information describes an initial course of two treatment sessions approximately 30 days apart, with maintenance treatment considered according to the individual’s skin condition and degree of ageing.
