Sunekos® 1200 is an injectable bio-revitalisation treatment formulated with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and a specific combination of six amino acids. It is designed to support the extracellular matrix and improve the appearance of skin affected by volume loss, deeper wrinkles, laxity and age-related changes.

Sunekos 1200 forms part of the Sunekos® range developed around the combination of hyaluronic acid and amino acids to support fibroblast activity and the natural production of collagen and elastin.

Sunekos 1200 combines high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate with six naturally occurring amino acids:

The combination is designed to provide the components required to support the extracellular matrix and stimulate fibroblast activity, contributing to collagen and elastin synthesis.

The “1200” designation refers to the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid, approximately 1,200 kDa. The high molecular weight HA provides a different structural and volumising role compared with the lower molecular weight formulation used in Sunekos 200.

Sunekos 1200 and Sunekos 200

Sunekos 1200 and Sunekos 200 can be used individually or as part of a combined treatment protocol. Sunekos 1200 is generally positioned within the range for more pronounced volume loss, deeper wrinkles and skin laxity, while Sunekos 200 is used for lower-density skin rejuvenation.

The manufacturer’s treatment protocol describes Sunekos 1200 as a “scaffold” or “cushion” treatment, which can be followed by Sunekos 200 treatments when treating severe wrinkles and sagging skin.

Product Specifications

The current product documentation describes one 3ml treatment comprising a 1.5ml high molecular weight HA vial and a 1.5ml amino acid solution, which are supplied separately and reconstituted before administration.
